As he progresses through this adventure, he also acquires new items and goodies that prove extremely useful.Earthworm Jim, spineless superhero, wriggles back into action as the Groovy Guardian of Goodness in an incredible journey of cheese-curdling proportions. He can execute plenty of his classic moves, like the head-whip and arm rolls. You have access to his blaster, weapons, power-ups, and he wears his spacesuit. Though Earthworm Jim may be defenseless in his natural physical state, he is represented in his mind in quite a familiar fashion. Even the dreaded Psycrow shows up to cause trouble. Also making things difficult for Jim (and you) are a throng of enemies including chickens, freaks and monsters, all hatched in Jim's own imagination. Many side quests are required to complete the levels.

The adventure isn't a cakewalk and, in addition to the collection of udders and marbles, there are plenty of other dangers to face inside Earthworm Jim's head. And, since he's lost his marbles for the time being, you'll have to help him find those as well! Each area shows a wacky side of Jim's personality, as players take up the challenge of retrieving the crucial 'Golden Udders' hidden through each level. Jim is forced to fight his own subconscious and conquer four main areas of his brain: Memory, Fear, Fantasy, and Happiness. The circumstances of his return aren't exactly happy, however, as the hero is faced with one of his greatest challenges ever - a cow-induced blow to the head. Forget the way you used to view this spacesuit-wearing, gun-toting invertebrate back in his days on the Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis.
